We inviterd Glenn to come and see to the possible sale of our home. Following his advice in preparing the house and grounds for the photos to advertising on line and for the beautiful large 'For Sale' sign on the footpath, we were up and running for the Open Days. 4 weeks later a 'SOLD' sticker was places on the footpath sign. I didn't realise how hard it was to buy a house in Ballina, nor how the NSW auction market worked. Nathan kept us informed at the right times, left us alone at the right times, and followed through at the right times. The purchase of the house was somewhat difficult due to reasons outside of our control, but Nathan and the owner were patient with us. The purchase all came through in the end, and we are happy house owners to be. Nathan has kept us in the loop at all times and has liaised with the owner for us on several occasions. We love the house, thanks Nathan.

They always did what they said they would which is important to me and the generated a lot of interest in our house through open houses which eventuated in a sale. I asked them to do lots of different things along the course of the looking for buyers to the sale and nothing was too much for them and they always had a fantastic attitude.
