We could not have been more happy with Nathan and his team at McGrath. The process of buying a property can be daunting at the best of times but in our case it was even more so as we were in a different state and trying to purchase the property by phone at auction. The whole process was made so much easier due to Nathan and we are very appreciative of his efforts as I know his service went above and beyond the norm. I have bought and sold with Adam, and he does a lot of things well, but for me the most important thing is " answering the phone ". Adam more then likely takes my call on my first call, but if I do get the message bank, my call is returned within the hour, even when he is on leave..... At a minimum, give Adam the opportunity to present to you, he won't let you down.
