He is very genuine, which can be hard to find in the real estate industry, and is honest in his approach. I understand that the vendor was his client, however I believe that he worked well to satisfy us both and didn't play us off one another. This has been one of the best purchases I have made through a real estate agent and have come away from the purchase, feeling very positive about the service that Bill provided. I will definitely seek him out again to buy or sell another property.

Since 2009 we have been in contact - at various times - with a view to downsizing our large family home of nearly twenty years. In 2010 we signed an agreement to allow Glenn to show our home to prospective buyers, on the understanding that he could find us a suitable alternative smaller property in the Ballina area. Glenn honoured the intent of the agreement and did not list our property because he realised that he had nothing suitable to offer. Never was there any pressure exerted by Glenn, even though he spent considerable time in showing us some properties during the year-long agreement. Since then, we have seen Glenn sporadically at certain McGrath open houses and updated him on our status about relocation. Earlier in July 2016 we reconnected with Glenn when we inspected and made an offer which was accepted to purchase 2/77 Martin Street, Ballina. Glenn has our utmost confidence because of his integrity so we had no hesitation to list our home at 10 Tea Tree Place, East Ballina with him.
