We valued Glenn’s support and advice throughout the marketing period for our property. His approach to us and to our prospective buyers was highly professional, ethical and personable. We would, and have already, recommended him to others.

We could not have been happier with the way Glenn and his team handled the recent sale of our home, their professionalism and knowledge of the market was unsurpassable. We were kept informed every step of the way and felt confident they would achieve a good result for us. Thank you Glenn, Nathan, Ben & Adrian we would not hesitate in recommending you to others who may be considering selling.

Glenn and the McGrath team did a great job of selling my unit. They know the local market and the area and provided good and honest advice about the sale prospects and negotiated a good deal for all concerned.

From our first point of contact with Adam until time of settlement, we were very impressed with Adam's professional and friendly manner. The purchase process was absolutely effortless. Thank you to Adam and the McGrath team for your first class service.

We met Adam at the block which we just purchased. He has been helpful throughout the process, and not pushy. We would have liked to negotiate the purchase price further. We recommend him to both buyers and sellers and if he is still around the area when (if) we go to sell the block, we wouldn't hesitate to contact him.

I have nothing but praise for Jamie. From my first meeting with Jamie I was particularly impressed with the level of respect he had for his client, the vendor. It was obviously a stressful process for her and the extra mile he was going to ease that stress and ensure a positive outcome was very evident. Yet as the purchaser, I always felt he was "in my corner" too. No question or concern was too silly or too much trouble and was always responded to promptly. He has said that I am welcome to contact him at any time and settlement doesn't mean the end of his willingness to assist. I feel he is very genuine in that offer and will certainly take him up on it. Jamie came across to me as a great salesman with great integrity which is not a combination often seen. I am very grateful to Jamie for his efforts in my recent purchase. We plan on staying in our new home for quite some time but he will definitely be my first contact should I buy or sell again in the future.

We can highly recommend Glenn Mills + McGrath Realty to buy or sell property. We bought our house in East Ballina from Glenn, who was most helpfull and nothing was too much trouble. He successfully organised exchange in Ballina in one day enabling us to take our flight home that same day knowing we had secured our home. All the staff in the Ballina office are a great bunch of pleasant, helpful people. Thanks again Glenn, Ben and staff, meg and graeme.
