Informative & Helpful Agent
Shaun and Jamie are a great team and provided an amazing service in the sale of our property. Both Shaun and Jamie provided feed back on interest in the property both verally and through weekly reports, ensured that the property was presented well for the inspections by assisting in arranging maintenance providers (at our own cost) to ensure lawns, touch up painting and internal cleaning were carried before hand. The marketing photography was brilliant and marketing program undertaken on the property exactly what was required to sell the property. I would highly recommend these gentlemen and McGrath Estate Agents (Ballina).

Bill is a very competent agent
We felt that Bill was extremely competent in all aspects of our sale. From the time we contacted him, (through a flyer in our letter box), he was punctual, obliging, friendly and kept us in the loop at all stages. He was also accommodating to our specific requests and desires. Bill was empathetic to the fact that we have lived in the same house for 43 years and understood how difficult it was for us to even consider selling. Bill has our utmost respect and for someone who has not been selling for a long time, he certainly has the attributes to be a successful agent in the years to come. We wish him well.

BILL WENT OUT OF HIS WAY DO THE VERY BEST FOR US.
BILL NEW WE NEEDED TO MOVE ON AND HE JUST WAS SO GOOD WHEN HE CAME IN AND GAVE US OUR PRICE AND HE WAS GOOD AT HIS JOB ,BECAUSE IT ONLY TOOK A FEW MONTHS AND WE SOLD AND MOVED ON WITH OUR LIFE AND WE THANK BILL FOR THAT . GEOFF CAROL.

Interstate sale
