Both Shaun and Jamie provided feed back on interest in the property both verally and through weekly reports, ensured that the property was presented well for the inspections by assisting in arranging maintenance providers (at our own cost) to ensure lawns, touch up painting and internal cleaning were carried before hand. The marketing photography was brilliant and marketing program undertaken on the property exactly what was required to sell the property.
