Adam was the person that we dealt with when looking for a place to purchase, we found him to be very helpful. He was able to answer all our question and also follow up on any concerns we had. He was very easy to deal with, and the purchase of the property went through with out any problems. Great work Adam.

Glen and his team did a great job handling the sale of our property. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

Shaun and Jamie are a great team and provided an amazing service in the sale of our property. Both Shaun and Jamie provided feed back on interest in the property both verally and through weekly reports, ensured that the property was presented well for the inspections by assisting in arranging maintenance providers (at our own cost) to ensure lawns, touch up painting and internal cleaning were carried before hand. The marketing photography was brilliant and marketing program undertaken on the property exactly what was required to sell the property. I would highly recommend these gentlemen and McGrath Estate Agents (Ballina).

Our house sold straight away after one open house with people Shawn knew were looking for a property in our price range. Made the whole process of selling very stress free. Thanks Shawn

We felt that Bill was extremely competent in all aspects of our sale. From the time we contacted him, (through a flyer in our letter box), he was punctual, obliging, friendly and kept us in the loop at all stages. He was also accommodating to our specific requests and desires. Bill was empathetic to the fact that we have lived in the same house for 43 years and understood how difficult it was for us to even consider selling. Bill has our utmost respect and for someone who has not been selling for a long time, he certainly has the attributes to be a successful agent in the years to come. We wish him well.

We recently sold a property with Shawn's assistance and his knowledge of the local market is second to none. He is a focussed and results driven individual who maintains clear lines of communications with his clients at all stages of the process. We have used Shawn 3 times now for both buying and selling properties in the Ballina region and have found his consistent and honest approach refreshing no matter which side of the process we were on. We have no hesitation in recommending Shawn to family and friends and he will definitely be our first point of contact when we make our next real estate transaction.

We had some very specific requirements for the purchase of this property, so I went to Glenn knowing that with his depth of experience & time in the business that he would be able to assist. I was not disappointed, in a relatively short space of time Glenn was able to locate a suitable property in the right location that fitted our requirements & budget. I am more than satisfied with Glenn's professionalism & assistance with this purchase & would happily use his services again in the future.

If you desire a genuine and honest, enthusiastic and hard working agent to take care of your property dealings it would be amiss to not consider Shawn Bishop from McGrath Real Estate. I have dealt with Shawn on 2 occasions and on both occasions has provided excellent service and spot on advice.
