I have been involved with McGraths Ballina for a number of years now. I would not hesitate in recommending this Real Estate Agency to anyone. In particular, I would highly recommend using Glenn Mills as your real estate agent if you intend selling your house. He is very professional in his approach and any problems that may arise, he soughts out extremely quickly and efficiently. His integrity is beyond reproach and he possesses outstanding negotiation skills. If you want a quick and easy going sale, I cannot recommend Glenn Mills highly enough.

From the first visit to value our home, Glenn & Nathan Mills and all McGrath employees gave us excellent service. We were assisted all the way through the sale with information, costs and procedure . No question or request was ignored, every phone call was attended to and we were advised of all comments during Open House inspections We would have no hesitation in reccomending both Glenn Mills, Nathan Mills and McGrath Ballina

Enjoyed having Bill as our agent as he is a very personable, energetic and genuine young man. What answers he cant give you immediately he is honest about and gets back straight away. As a born and bred local who has come back to the area from time in Sydney and travelling the world he is back here because he recognises the value of living on the north coast. He has wasted no time in getting involved in the local community and using his extensive family connections. I could not give him 5 stars for negotiation as our property was sold within two weeks at terms that both parties were happy with. Bill was only too willing to lend a hand to get the unit up to scratch for the first open house. I would not hesitate to recommend Bill as a go to man as a buyer or seller.

I have found Shawn to be very open and honest right from our initial meeting. I mentioned this to dad and we were very satisfied with the options presented to us. His professionalism and advice, with the marketing of the property, were greatly appreciated. Most importantly, Shawn continued to update us regularly regarding the sale process. We were blown away to have sold the property within the first month of being on the market. A great result. We would not hesitate to recommend Shawn and McGrath Real Estate Ballina to anyone out there wanting to sell their home. BARRY McDERMOTT

Hi Shawn What an amazing, positive and stress free sale, resulting in a settlement that far exceeded our highest expectations. Shawn presented a strategy suitable for this particular property that was spot on. It was delivered in a confident and positive manner, with great communication throughout the entire process. We were surprised at how stress free the whole experience was. If we are looking to buy or sell in the future, we would definitely engage Shawn as our agent. Thanks for your efforts on our behalf Wayne & Lou

When it came to choosing an agent to sell our house we knew immediately Shawn Bishop was someone we could trust. Shawn is very familiar with East Ballina so we knew he could confidently answer any questions a buyer may have and that he was well placed to explain the advantages of living here. Shawn is extremely reliable, he handled every aspect of our sale and kept us updated regularly. Shawn's approach to the business of selling property has been refreshingly professional and courteous , we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shawn Bishop and know if we need a real estate agent again he is the one we would approach. My partner and I recently purchased a unit using Sales Agent Shawn Bishop of McGrath's Real Estate Ballina. The decision to go with Shawn was an easy one, as this was our second property purchase with him. We had every confidence with Shawn's ability to source a unit at the price, location and layout we required. Shawn's real estate experience and knowledge of the Ballina area helped the process immensely.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity of dealing with Mal Hamblin from Elders Real Estate in Lennox Head. He was so knowledgeable on the area as he has raised a family here himself. He sold me on Lennox area and I ended up buying a home through him in Skennars Head. I love my house and am so happy. Mal was able to assist with the Pest and Building Inspections which worked like a dream. He was so honest, salt of the earth, obliging and was patient for every twist and turn. Never once did I think that I was dealing with a "dodgy" real estate agent! I would highly recommend Mal Hamblin. Kim Ridley
