We appointed Ray to sell our property, a 3 bedroom apartment in St Leonards which had been our home for 13 years. He was excellent in all phases of the sale. Prior to appointing him, Ray had sold many other apartments in the building and so was able to demonstrate his understanding of the building, its surrounds, its key selling features and had a deep pool of buyers he could draw from that have missed out on the other apartments he has sold. He spoke to us several times before he even knew we wanted to sell, to understand us and to build a relationship of trust. After appointing Ray, he was very clear about the marketing strategy he wanted to follow and the reasons for it.
