The best in the business.
Peter's the best in the business! He sold my apartment for a higher than expected price and within two weeks! He responds to emails and calls immediately and is highly knowledgeable not only of the area, but also legislation. I would highly recommend Peter Chauncy to sell your property. He's just simply a delight to work with and a seasoned professional.

Peter has an outstanding market knowledge of Naremburn and the surrounding area. We bought from Peter in 2009 and had such a positive experience, we didn't hesitate in engaging him to sell our property 15 years later. We were rewarded with our decision, with Peter managing to sell our property within 5 days for a price which exceeded our expectations. He knows the prospective buyers and sellers in the area and works tirelessly to reach a deal which everyone is happy with. In our case, we were successful at purchasing at an auction, and that afternoon Peter made the time to come around to discuss plans for our sale campaign having prepared a tailored campaign before we had formally engaged him. He organised his team to prepare marketing materials, photos, building inspections, house cleaning, etc and was able to get our property to market within a week, and sold 5 days later using his extensive network of buyers. Unbelievable!

St Leonards unit sale
This is my second sale experience with Peter Chauncy. He gave me regular updates and every viewing, chats with me after hours, advises well on price range but importantly have gotten me the result I needed. I don't think you will find a better RE agent than Peter on lower northshore than Peter Chauncy and his great team!

Ty was recommended by a friend
I was in the midst of clearing out the family home (for a mum who was placed in to care) and was totally overwhelmed. Ty immediately arranged for a packing and removal team, gardener and cleaner to help. He demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience and was genuine, empathetic and down to earth throughout the entire sale process.
