Very Happy!
I found Ray to be an excellent agent who I trusted totally. He guided me throughout the process, we discussed and made changes to the marketing approach together and his advice was always spot on! He kept me up to date regularly and he has a very warm and happy personality. Nothing was a problem and he always had my best interests at heart. I'm hoping he can help me find a new home now!

Someone you can trust
Ray was the sellers agent but from the first time I met him I felt like he was working for me. I was there for the first opening and new I wanted the place but it was a little bit above my budget. Instead of saying he wouldn't accept any offers until the property had been on the market for a couple of weeks. He sat me down to convince himself I was serious and then approached the seller that day. Through numerous phone calls late at night and on the weekends we were able to come to an agreement which both the seller and I were happy with. And in 6 days I had the house of my dreams. Thanks for all of your help Ray ( also the free dinner for 2 at the Rice Den 😉 )

Ray goes beyond and above - highly recommended
Ray did an amazing job with my property – he sold the property within 1 week at the price that I want. Ray has gone above and beyond what is required from an agent to get the property ready – helped me greatly to plan and arrange for removalist to get rid of junks, replace carpet, painting, cleaning, etc. This was all done professionally, on schedule and in amazing speed (2 weeks). I would not be able to sell my place in such a wonderful state without his professionalism, expertise and assistance. Highly recommend Ray to people looking to buy/sell.
