Ray goes beyond and above - highly recommended
Ray did an amazing job with my property – he sold the property within 1 week at the price that I want. Ray has gone above and beyond what is required from an agent to get the property ready – helped me greatly to plan and arrange for removalist to get rid of junks, replace carpet, painting, cleaning, etc. This was all done professionally, on schedule and in amazing speed (2 weeks). I would not be able to sell my place in such a wonderful state without his professionalism, expertise and assistance. Highly recommend Ray to people looking to buy/sell.

Trouble free sale with a great result!
I would have no hesitation on recommending Peter Chauncy for the sale of your property. As landlords, we were concerned about the impact of a marketing campaign on our tenants, however Peter was able to liaise with our tenants directly and allay their concerns about opening the property to the market. Our property was sold in just over 3 weeks so the disruption to our tenants was minimalised, and Peter achieved a sales result that we were very happy with.

Professional team who knows their area and market
Peter Chauncy and the Crows Nest team for McGrath have done an awesome job assisting me with buying and selling in the local area. The result of their competence and initiative was a quick sale at a fair price for my property. All aspects of the sale were well done with challenges dealt with in a timely fashion. Great experience, very professional
I had a great experiecne working with Peter on the recent sale of our house. He and his team were easy to work with and were efficient and professional in their approach to the marketing strategy and ultimate campaign that we agreed upon. He provided clear continuous feedback during the open period which helped us form an opinion on where the market valued our property. When it came to the sale negotiation he was flexible in his approach and worked hard to get the buyer to a price we were happy with. Overall a good experience.

Excellent service and knowledge!
When you need immediate action, local knowledge and amazing skills - go no further than Peter and his team. They have a network of service providers at their fingertips and if you need something actioned fast and expertly - you just need to ask! It took three days from my initial phone call regarding the sale of my property - painted, cleaned, styled, photographed and advertised. Sold in 6 days at a price I was more than happy with thanks to Peter's amazing negotiation skills and knowledge. If in doubt about who you go to to sell your property - doubt no more.
