The man with the Midas touch
I cannot recommend Peter and his team highly enough. Although there was a lot to do, everything flowed with ease and grace. Within around 2 1/2 weeks the property was transformed and within less than a week on the market it was under contract for a great price. Such an amazing result. Peter's team are equally all wonderful professionals and without them such great results would not have been possible. Thank you all so much, it was such a great pleasure to work with you and I will look no further for any property needs in the future. Thank you Peter for making my dreams come true.

The Naremburn Guy- Peter Chauncy
I have known Peter for about 10 years when we were looking to buy in Naremburn. Although I didn't purchase my property through Peter but have had Peter come through my property to provide an evaluation and some ideas increase the value of my property. When it was time to sell our property, I didn't look further than Peter as I knew he was the guy that can guide me in terms of the market and what to expect in terms of valuation for my property. Peter guided me through the sale process and managed his team to ensure that all the preparations were done to ensure the best price for my property given the current downward spiral in market conditions. Very professional and prompt
