First Class Services provided by Ray Liu of McGrath
Ray was extremely helpful in explaining the salient features of the property. During the course of property inspection he demonstrated the excellent level of professionalism in answering our questions. All in all our experience with him have been a very pleasant one. Given the excellent preparation work done by the Company before hand together with the seamless services provided by Ray, I have no reservation to recommend McGrath to my friends as Agent for their property.

Exceptional service and great outcome
I would highly recommend Ray. During the entire process on the downturn market, Ray worked tirelessly and communicated with us promptly with all update/feedback. We felt our property was in good hand. The end result is beyond our expectation. He is very professional and has excellent knowledge about the local area and the current market. His personality and work attitude make him a trustworthy person as well. I am sure Ray will be a shining star in the lower north shore!

Ray is great sales person to work with
I worked with Ray to sell one bed room property. He is very quick in response, explain details quite well to us, and overall he is great guy to work with. Every time the inspection occurred, he always share the results with us, which is quite informative. He is quite honest regarding the expectation of the sales etc so I could expect our plan well. I can recommend Ray for others who consider about properly sales.

Better than expected result in a difficult market
I'm full of praise for the way Peter negotiated the sale of our property. It was obvious how hard he worked on our behalf . I felt a real sense of care and determination in his pursuit of a deal, conscious the result affected our future retirement plans. He has an excellent instinct for the market and how it is tracking , information constantly communicated to us. Peter was upfront from day 1, and maintained regular communications.
We were satisfied that the price we sold for was the maximum possible in the present market conditions. Everything that could be done to present the unit in the best possible way was done. Peter kept us informed at all times, and his market knowledge was spot on. Outstanding service
Peter and his team provided outstanding service and support from the very first contact with him. Well before we got to the marketing stage Peter’s team facilitated all the trades we needed to prepare the house for sale, making the process very easy and efficient. The marketing was exactly as we’d agreed and the follow up reports after each inspection were prompt and informative. As a result we always knew the current status. Peter’s deep market knowledge was invaluable in sourcing buyers he knew would be interested in our property. His advice about whether to go to auction and how the auction might unfold was spot on, resulting in a very good outcome.
