Great result even in lockdown
Peter, Ty and Bridget were professional and responsive in their service. We had engaged a seller's agent and they seamlessly integrated her into the process. They kept us up to date with weekly reports and insightful advice that resulted in an excellent outcome. This all happened as we went into lockdown so it was excellent service in a very uncertain time. Great work Team.

Professional team achieving great results
I would highly recommend Peter and Ty as motivated, knowledgeable and professional agents. They were great to work with and were instrumental in helping achieve a great price for our property in Naremburn . The whole campaign was stress free and we always knew they had the owners best interests from the start. They kept us informed throughout and were instrumental in achieving the record price in Naremburn for a house without off street parking I have worked with many agents and have no hesitation in recommending them and do look forward to working with them again in the future

Very easy and efficient process
Ray was very easy to deal with, he was highly responsive and provided me with regular updates throughout the process. My preference was to not have to invest in a heavy marketing strategy and I ultimately did not have to, as Ray already had potential buyers lined up - one of which ended up purchasing my property. Direct and Quick responses - exactly what you want when buying
Bought our first property off Ty and we were really happy with how quickly he would respond and how direct he was. Inspected on a Saturday and settled on a Tuesday. He also kept his word when negotiating regarding what price vendor would settle at and by what deadline this would happen which was refreshing to see . He is also a very patient man despite how many questions we asked and was available at all times for a chat, both weekdays and weekends.
