Highly Efficient Professional
Sold our one bedroom apartment in Crows Nest with Peter and his team in the middle of a COVID lockdown. Direct and Quick responses - exactly what you want when buying
Bought our first property off Ty and we were really happy with how quickly he would respond and how direct he was. Inspected on a Saturday and settled on a Tuesday. He also kept his word when negotiating regarding what price vendor would settle at and by what deadline this would happen which was refreshing to see . He is also a very patient man despite how many questions we asked and was available at all times for a chat, both weekdays and weekends.

Honest and able
To be honest i originally didn't care who the agent was. They are all the same I thought, how hard is it?..take some nice pics, post in Domain, open wed/sat. Go to auction, done! Anyone could do it. I am so glad we found Ty. Over the 6 weeks he proved to be an honest and very able person. He didn't settle for the easy money option for him when i almost was about to. I consider Ty has put an extra large amount of $ into my pocket. Absolutely chuffed with his efforts and ultimately our amazing outcome. Thank you Ty.

Simple, professional
Our experience was extremely positive. Long story short, we needed a quick sale, for a good price. I gave Peter what I thought was a good number, and within 3 days of showing people through we had an offer above our minimum number. I said it to Peter, I'm extremely happy with, and impressed with what he achieved.
