The property is company title so has its inherent challenges. Throughout the long process, Peter and Ty were ever enthusiastic, assuring me they would not give up and that we would get a result. They kept me constantly updated on progress. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even coming back to do an unscheduled second inspection site on a Saturday! Bridget as the support was great - efficient and a delight to deal with. I was also very pleased with the conveyancer they recommended and would highly recommend this team.
