I engaged Peter to sell my apartment which I had held for over 20 years. I knew Peter from our purchase of a house in Naremburn in 2006. As purchasers at that time we found Peter to be very approachable and helpful even though his client was the vendor of the property. I had followed Peter’s professional career in the area with interest over the years as he seemed to sell more properties than any other agent so when it came to choose an agent to sell my property Peter was an obvious choice. Peter and his team were extremely professional and efficient in getting the property ready for sale. Nothing was a bother and they were happy to handle every detail of the sales campaign. The property was styled and advertised to its full potential and the first open inspection was a great success with approximately 60 groups through. The property sold quickly but with an outstanding result. I cannot recommend Peter and his team more highly. And would happily recommend them to any prospective vendor or buyer.

Recently we met Ray at a open home we attended of a property he was selling. Immediately I was impressed. Ray’s professional approach and enthusiasm was very evident. I felt at ease talking with him and although we missed out on that property we found the home we were looking for only a matter of weeks later. Ray was handling that sale as well and within 3 days of inspecting that unit it was ours. We negotiated a price with the vendor prior to auction and it was accepted. I must say Ray had a very busy day on the phone that day dealing with the vendor and ourselves and at all times I knew I was in good hands and felt totally at ease throughout the negotiations. I can’t recommend Ray any more than to say he is genuinely the BEST AGENT I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed with Ray and I will definitely have no hesitation in buying or selling with him again anytime in the future.

We had a great experience with Hamish, who acted as the agent for the property we purchased! We found Hamish to be very transparent and clear. Through the whole process of purchasing our property (being inspection, negotiating our purchase via private treaty and settlement), Hamish was great. He was very easy to talk to and accessible. He always made time for us and answered our questions. Best of all, he is a genuinely nice person. We've had a lot of experience with agents, and Hamish has been the best.
