We purchased our property in Naremburn less than 2 years ago using Peter. As buyers, he wangled extra money out of us to secure the property but after exchange he promised to do the same when returned as sellers in the future. He was true to his word and I am delighted with the sale price achieved which is well beyond expectations pre listing. Peter facilitated ALL elements of house preparation including trades to fix up minor wear and tear, painters, gardeners and a great stylist. We expected our home would go to auction like most in the area but Peter was confident we could unearth a buyer from his database of qualified prospects. He did and in fact the house was only on the market for 24 hours. Peter even drove across town in the evening to ensure an unconditional exchange for all parties on the same day as the final offer was made.
