An absolutely amazing result!!
We wanted to sell our house and had high expectations. We also did not want to go down the traditional auction path. Peter was incredibly respectful in accepting the way we wanted the sale of our home handled, and showed outstanding tenacity in getting the price we were looking for. To be able to reach a suburb record price in a difficult market required a huge effort. He did not falter. To reach the price he did, he had to sell more than just an asset, he had to sell the emotion of a home, and he had to draw on his colleagues from across the industry. Professional, trustworthy and knows his stuff!
Ray went over and above to get the right outcome for us on the sale of our apartment. He was extremely knowledgeable and well connected but with a balanced, tactful approach, always engaging us to ensure we were comfortable with next steps. A great communicator Ray kept us well informed and helped us act swiftly to get a great outcome. His client database is impressive and as such we were able to find a suitable buyer in just two weeks. Professional, Efficient and Gets Things Done
Ray was very good at providing all the relevant information to help us come to a decision on the purchase. He was always helpful and available - never taking too much time to return calls. He puts in a lot of effort and has been a delight to work with. He's hard working and able to help the vendor and me come to a compromise we were both happy with. Simply put - he gets things done.

Another great sale by Peter and his team
Peter and his team recently successfully sold our Naremburn property. In my opinion if you want to generate maximum potential buyers to view your property and to maximise your price then Peter is your answer. Could not recommend more highly for Ray Amazing...
I have no hesitation in recommending Ray from McGrath. From the first meeting when he advised how best to present my apartment for sale. He is very professional remarkable communication skills, always kept me up to date both verbally & by writing after each open house. He very Friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking and has amazing local knowledge of my area.
