Nothing was too much trouble, and from beginning to end Peter was 100% in control of the process which took so much stress off. He arranged minor house repairs for us, staging furniture, pest and building report etc - it was unbelievably helpful in a very stressful time. Most importantly, he negotiated a fantastic sale price for us and we sold prior to auction after a week and half of advertising. Peter is honest, true to his word, and above all else, ethical and fair to all parties he deals with, which is invaluable and sets him apart in our opinion.

Ty assisted my husband and I purchase our new house. Ty was professional, honest, reliable, proactive and helpful throughout the process. Ty went beyond the level expected of a real estate agent by allowing up to view and measure areas within the house before we took possession and arranging for a drainage issue (that had been overlooked when renovating the property) to be rectified before we took possession of the house.
