We knew Peter was good, that's why we asked him to be our agent. We had great confidence from the start. But what has really highlighted how superbly he operates, is the contrast between Peter and other agents out there. We are on the hunt for a new home and can not believe how poor some agents are - no knowledge about the property they are selling, poor and slow communication, questionable ethics. Peter on the other hand: - has incredible knowledge of the market, - seeks to understand everything be can about your property so he is on the front foot when fielding potential buyer enquiries - personally engages every single person who comes through at open houses to understand who they are and if they are a hot buyer - provides detailed progress report every week on the campaign (who was phoned, what people think, who will likely come back, who has contracts, who has committed to the auction) - a simple question "will you be coming to the auction?" I have bid on three homes so far and not once has an agent asked me this but I know Peter asked this of people showing interest in our property. - Peter does not gloss over anything and will tell it to you straight. Our house needed a little touch up here or there and Peter made recommendations of ways we could put our best foot forward. - I could keep writing but to wrap it up I'll say Peter's support team is switched on, professional and love their jobs.
