But what has really highlighted how superbly he operates, is the contrast between Peter and other agents out there. We are on the hunt for a new home and can not believe how poor some agents are - no knowledge about the property they are selling, poor and slow communication, questionable ethics. Peter on the other hand: - has incredible knowledge of the market, - seeks to understand everything be can about your property so he is on the front foot when fielding potential buyer enquiries - personally engages every single person who comes through at open houses to understand who they are and if they are a hot buyer - provides detailed progress report every week on the campaign (who was phoned, what people think, who will likely come back, who has contracts, who has committed to the auction) - a simple question "will you be coming to the auction?" I have bid on three homes so far and not once has an agent asked me this but I know Peter asked this of people showing interest in our property. - Peter does not gloss over anything and will tell it to you straight. Our house needed a little touch up here or there and Peter made recommendations of ways we could put our best foot forward. - I could keep writing but to wrap it up I'll say Peter's support team is switched on, professional and love their jobs.
