Kayla the listing agent and Meg the property manager have been great to deal with. I had some maintenance requests when I first moved in and Meg dealt with them swiftly and professionally. On picking up the keys the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Everything has been well documented and in line with regulations. Instructions have been clear on Rent, bond and conditions.

This has been a really good experience, The Property manage was up front and advised us of all work that was going to be done prior to us moving in, They allow additional inspection prior to our move in date to ensure we were happy and repairs were getting done and to work out what will go where. I wish all property manager and owners were this proactive and willing to keep their property in good condition
