Extremely Satisfied
We recently enlisted the help of Josh Stirling to sell our Balaclava property and were extremely satisfied with the service he and Hodges provided. The process was explained clearly and we were guided us through each step, communicating updates after each open, so there were no unpleasant surprises on auction day. I've know Josh for about 5 years now since asking him to give me a valuation on one of my properties. Over the years he has been incredibly helpful giving me honest property advice whether it was in his interest or not. I didn't hesitate to ask him to sell my St Kilda apartment for me. My husband through Josh Stirling (of Hodges St Kilda) 5 years ago. We have contact him several times over the years with property related questions and he always responded in a timely, professional and friendly manner despite our requests having no direct benefit for him. Josh always made us feel comfortable and informed. Unexpectedly last month, we purchased a bigger home and needed to put our apartment on the market and sell within a very tight timeframe. We were very stressed because it was all unplanned but we contacted Josh and he was all over it for us. He arranged to meet us that evening at our home after hours that evening and he came prepared with a recommended selling strategy and timeline based on our needs. Over the next week he stepped us through the process of styling, photographing and advertising our property and before we knew it, our property was on the market. Our apartment sold at auction yesterday we we're nothing short of thrilled with the result. Josh and his team have been wonderful and professional to deal with at every turn. Excellent Campaign
The follow through for this campaign was on point. Once I had registered for an opening (of which I went to several available) I had follow up from the agents via phone and email. I think the vendor should be thrilled at the level of service Josh, Melanie and Melina provided. It showed with a result well over reserve (poor me - ha!)

Very Professional
Having never sold at auction before we were very nervous. Josh reassured and guided us every step of the way. He gave us a very realistic idea of what could expect. The results from not only the auction but the amount of potential buyers that attended Home Open days was amazing.
