Within days, I had confirmation of resigning my lease. With the current rental climate, I value the peace of mind this provides to know I would not feel the stress of trying to find a new rental. This experience was complemented by an exceptional digital service, signing the lease itself was seamless. I received a text with a link to an online platform, was prompted through each section of the lease to initial and sign the lease. Once completed the copy of the lease was delivered to my inbox. Tarryn and Amy went to great efforts to help me secure a rental property in Wollongong while I was living in Brisbane. I was behind the 8-ball trying to apply for properties from interstate in a competitive market, but they make it happen. The process was very smooth.
