Our property manager was great and we were able to move in to a new rental very quickly. It's been a very smooth process and we feel very lucky.

I recently moved from Melbourne to Wollongong at very short notice and the folks at One Agency were the stand out real estate professionals who helped me find the perfect rental in a very short period of time. Great service and very efficient team. I highly recommend them.

I was struck by the friendly and professional approach of One Agency staff right from the first house inspection and this has continued since. I was supported through the lease process and One Agency kept in regular contact with me to ensure all necessary information was communicated in a timely way. They have a warm and open approach which keeps the tenant / agency relationship positive and productive.

We have recently rented a property through One Agency, they have been nothing but professional and friendly. Their follow up on a few issues we raised was exceptional. I would highly recommend using them as either a Landlord or Tennant.

Very helpful and made the first time moving out of home so much easier. Made me feel welcome :)

While we didn't limit ourselves to just this agency they were the only ones who walked us through and actually asked us questions they had about us that the landlord might want to know. The staff were friendly and super helpful for us through this intercity move, through their flexibility and approachability. We both really appreciate it :)

We have had direct experience with One Agency Zeidler Waller for many years as tenants and now as landlords. We were considering moving into our investment property after a not so pleasant experience with our last tenant (with another agent) and having to remediate some items in the property however after chatting with Charlie about our concerns she was quick to provide alternative solutions and was very patient whilst we made a decision to move in or not. Charlie, Christian, Amy, Jacquie and the rest of the team are just fabulous - they have proven time and time again that they are not only professional but also quick to follow up and provide real solutions and results and best of all they can be trusted to get the job done professionally, transparently and without drama. Highly Recommended
