About Regina

Regina began her career in real estate in 1989 with Bongiorno Real Estate, later purchased by Jellis Craig and Company. Regina was completely responsible for the creation and operation of Jellis Craig’s successful Property Management Division. In 1996 Regina established her own company, Core Property, now trading as McInnes Property Management. Regina’s dynamic business style and relationship skills have made her a respected and sought after property professional. She has focused on creating a culture of excellence within the company, selecting staff that are committed to providing superior service and are skilled across all areas of the business. Regina’s highly regarded assistance to relocation agents, hands-on involvement in securing new business, supervision of the selection of tenants, lease drafting, property inspection and staff management have enabled her to maintain high standards across all areas of the business. Regina is a fully Licensed Estate Agent and an R.E.I.V. Accredited Property Manager. Accreditation is recognition by the R.E.I.V. of an Agent’s experience, commitment and professionalism.

About Meg

Meg was welcomed into the McInnes Team in early 2015. Meg has come from the country town of Albury, where she was formally a Gymnastics Coach. Meg felt the need for a career change, and thought that Property Management would be right up her alley. Meg also has a family with a background in Real Estate so has learnt about property listening to her mother, father, uncle and cousin discuss it over many dinners. Meg has picked up a lot of practical maintenance skills from her parents who have run motel and accommodation business as well as property Maintenance Company. The close team and the real focus on providing exceptional service to Landlords and Tenants is what drew her into working for McInnes. Meg still loves to go and watch her old gymnasts compete on the weekend, when they’re down in the Melbourne area, and loves exploring all the great cafes and restaurants around Melbourne.

About Leanne

Leanne was welcomed back into the McInnes team in 2018. Leanne’s passion for property, attention to detail, time management skills and a good sense of humour continue to enable an enjoyable and successful career in property. Before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Leanne had an extensive background in the legal profession, which has been of great benefit in the day to day management of residential and commercial property. Leanne ensures our clients are dealing with a mature and experienced representative. Each day presents a new challenge with new clients. The one thing Leanne loves about her career in property management is that you never stop learning; there is always something new to understand. Leanne prides herself on being extremely organised, which is a 'must' in management! Leanne believes in keeping her clients regularly informed and her portfolio up to date with quick responses for maintenance issues and following up arrears is much appreciated by her clients.

About Sarah

Sarah joined McInnes with a unique combination of qualifications and experience as well as being reliable, organised and committed to delivering quality customer service. Sarah began her career in the hospitality sector, progressing rapidly to management and supervisory positions over the past ten years. Acknowledged by colleagues as an excellent team worker with the ability to take ownership of her work, she established a reputation for consistently delivering quality results in fast-paced, demanding environments. Sarah has sophisticated organisational, time management, conflict resolution and communication skills. She has proven an ability to work in accordance with stringent legislative requirements, and enforce specific policies and procedures to ensure safety and quality. Sarah personally owns several properties.

About James

James has been working in the industry for the last 5 years. While Property Management is James' passion, he also had the opportunity to experience a range of agency positions. James feels that it’s important to get experience in all aspects of an agency to get a firm grasp of how a business operates. James has completed certificate IV in property service (Real Estate) to become a fully licenced agent. James has always been interested in real estate, even though he started at university on a completely different path. I had completed a Bachelor degree in Industrial Design prior to embarking on my real estate career. University helped to nurture my work ethic to the place it needed to be so when I found my path all I needed to do was focus on my learning and my time on getting better. I spend a lot of spare time reading up on the business and self-improvement and it’s helped me to sharpen the blade of skills that I have to bring to the table. I think good people skills, a smart and empathetic approach to clientele and lots of hard work are key to success. In my spare time I love to socialise and go on adventures to new and interesting places and hit the gym as often as possible.

Amazing Agency !!

Very professional service

I have used McInnes Property Management twice as a landlord. They are extremely efficient, diligent and knowledgable for both owners and tenants.
