Kris Papagiannis was extremely helpful to us, especially since we were purchasing our first home ever, and as new immigrants to Australia less than 2 years ago. We encountered many agents from different homes visited, and in our experience Kris was helpful, respectful, patient and never "pushy". He took time to answer some "new home buyer" questions, and we had an excellent conversation with him in our home when we were ready to make an offer on the house for which he was the agent, since we trusted him as a person of experience and integrity with whom we could do business.

Always pleasant (lovely in fact), agreeable, and showed such empathy for a person trying to sell out when dealing with life's problems. One of the best things I found with Kris is his communication skills/efforts and his tenacity to keep plugging along week after week for the benefit of the vendor. Kris always kept me informed straight after the opening and then during the week when he followed up on who attended the openings. He would always answer personally my phone calls unless he was tied up in meetings and always returned my calls/text/emails.

For selling out house we asked 3 real estate agents. 1. Rain & Horne.. I classify as neural agent, just an agent.. 2. Raywhite.. really bad.. Underestimated to my house and told advertise for 295,000. ( i was so frustrated). 3. Michalkris.. Chris gave us good advises to improve things at very little cost and finally sold at 335,000. I really recommend him as very experienced and active agent.
