After an excellent sale of our first property on the Gold Coast hinterland, we didn't hesitate to contact Simone to sell our second home, even though we now resided at the Sunshine Coast. We engaged Simone to sell our home when we saw other properties in our estate selling fast and for a greater value than we expected.
