There was nothing easy about our sale, as unforeseen events continued to come from left field, Simone moved and adjusted with those events and stuck tough to the job at hand. Not only did Simone sell in record time she got me an unconditional contract on the day of signing. Simone is diligent, trustworthy, always returns calls and is proactive. She supplies outside the normal agent service by styling your home to gain maximum dollar. I had a unit in a complex that normally would sit on the market for 3 months to 2 years, but not with Simone she had a contract with in 3 weeks.
