Simone's innovative approach to selling our townhouse gave us the confidence we neede to choose her as our agent. She quickly recognised the potential in our property and accentuated its key features. Her work resulted in a quick sale at a greater price than we expected. I'd highly recommend Simone as an agent.

Simone was excellent to deal with. We purchased our first home through Simone and everything went very smoothly. Whenever we had any issues or questions, Simone helped us out which we really appreciated.

I don't ordinarily take the time to type reviews but in this case I'm pleased to take this opportunity to thank Money Bags Property and essentially Simone. There was nothing easy about our sale, as unforeseen events continued to come from left field, Simone moved and adjusted with those events and stuck tough to the job at hand. In fact, it appeared Simone reveled in the pressure of tight time lines and our unique sets of situations. We will be recommending Money Bags Property Group to any of our friends and family needing property services. I think it was the personal attention to detail that really resonated with us. Simone took the time to understand our situation and worked with us with compassion, dedication and determination. Thanks again Simone for all of your hard work and all the best to you and your team. 10/10

Simone seemed to be the expert in our area so it was natural for us to go with MoneyBags. We were very happy with the marketing and the price we achieved was what we expected, within the timescales expected, so Simone and her staff did their job. Where they excelled though was in the care they took with us, we felt the quality of service to be above and beyond what we expected and therefore have no hesitation in recommending Simone and her team.

We did feel that Simone was working for both her client the seller as well as trying to obtain the best outcome for us the buyer. She also presented her product to a very high standard.

Not only did Simone sell in record time she got me an unconditional contract on the day of signing. Simone is diligent, trustworthy, always returns calls and is proactive. She supplies outside the normal agent service by styling your home to gain maximum dollar. I had a unit in a complex that normally would sit on the market for 3 months to 2 years, but not with Simone she had a contract with in 3 weeks.

Other agents wanted to list at 31k less than we wanted. We had a firm figure for the sale of our house. Being in the area for nearly 10 years and seeing what you were getting for you dollar and knowing our own improvements to the house. We knew what our house was worth and Simone sold it for us promptly.

We selected Simone (Moneybags Property) over local agents because of her enthusiasm for our property. We are so glad that we did. Quite a few properties in our road went onto the market around the same time as ours. Some have still not sold and of those that have sold, they have not achieved their asking price, and have had to be discounted to sell. Our property was extensive and Simone took the time to show prospective buyers the whole property. Simone seems to have the unique ability to match prospective buyers with properties that really suit them. Not only did we sell really well but the buyers are delighted with their purchase. During the time our property was on the market we came to appreciate Simone's honesty and her unique approach to marketing which makes her stand out from other agents. She even hosted an afternoon tea at our place for residents to gather together and tell her what they loved about living in the area. She took their feedback on board and was able to tell buyers the advantages of living in our area. Not only would we most highly recommend Simone as an agent, but should we decide to relocate from our new address at the Sunshine Coast, we would once again put our trust in Simone to act as our Agent. If you need to sell well, you need SIMONE!
