Lucy was very professional and accommodating. After my initial inspection I rang Lucy to see if I could bring a family member back after the open house had finished. Not a problem ! Lucy knew a lot about the property and helped us with our queries. We saw the property Saturday morning and I exchanged contracts on the Monday afternoon! Kon secured a satisfactory outcome for the sale of my property. Given he approached me regarding the sale of he property saying he had multiple interested parties and that the price range was estimated between $730k to $780k, the end sale price was disappointing. But we were pleased to have dealt off market and got what actually was a market rate price for our place. It just got our hopes up initially thinking we were going to be able to get more because of what Kon had said. He is professional and obvisouly knows and understands the selling processes. But clearer communication would have been preferable.
