Very Professional
I found Konstantin very professional in his approach and easy to deal with. Was always available when needed to provide information. Did not try to over sell. Also, did the liaison work with lawyers which was very helpful. All in all, a very good experience.

Thank you Konstantin Melnikov!
From the initial inspection of the unit (in which I ended up purchasing) I found Kon to be a very genuine, authentic and knowledgeable agent. Throughout the negotiation period Kon was very strong in his follow up and communication to me and I felt he was really trying to do his best for me, as well as the vendor. I appreciate all of Kon's efforts and would highly recommend Kon as an agent; either as a seller or buyer.
