One of our goals is to raise the bar in the quality of service in property management and the real estate industry. Unfortunately, many traditional real estate agencies tend to be sales focused and the property management department is looked upon as a secondary business. This leads to a general neglect of the property management department and most PMs are poorly trained and overworked. This is one of the reasons why the industry has a high turnover of staff with many agencies flipping property managers every several years. Many owners believe that this is normal, and all agents are the same. However, we at National Real Estate have established procedures and policies to eliminate many of the common problems faced with the traditional real estate agencies and therefore giving our clients a peace of mind that their property is being managed by highly trained professionals.
