Great Agent !
John has great knowledge & experience in the greater Forster property market & specifically in the workings of our investment unit. He found us a buyer for our higher priced unit reasonably quickly and, even though it was a prolonged exchange / settlement, John kept on top of things and communicated often with us. His assistance was much appreciated and I'd have no hesitation in recommending his services.

A true professional
Viewing houses is a very stressful period, you meet many agents who know nothing about the property and make you feel like you are an inconvenience to their day... John is not like that! John was charming and very knowledgeable about the property and the area, he listened to us and didn't try a hard sell. In short a true professional. Outstanding Agent!!
From start to settlement nothing was a problem for John from inspections to checking the dimensions in the fridge space to be able to purchase a new fridge for future placement. John's communication and following up of issues, plus answering messages ASAP were second to none. He listens to your needs with warmth and understanding and delivers. Could not ask for more in a Real Estate Agent!!!
