Pleasure to deal with..
Typically my experience of real estate agents is in line with used car salesmen. Flashy, completely full of nonsense and far from transparent. Our experience with John throughout this process is the complete opposite. He's a great guy, completely upfront and honest, and just so easy to deal with. Nothing was too much hassle and the entire process from making offers to settlement was a breeze thanks to his hard work. Thanks John.

Excellent result
John is a very genuine person, and was so pleasant and helpful in all aspects of marketing the property. The house sold very quickly, reaching a satisfactory price. a honest opinion of our purchase
we can not say enough about our dealings with john loadsman (noble real estate forster). we came up from sydney to look at a particular house john went out of his way to organise a viewing of the property. while we were travelling the property was taken off the market for sickness reasons. john was so appolagetic and imediately found us a alternative property to view. we liked the place and the way john handled the situation we made a offer through john which was accepted we found a couple of things after another inspection that john put to the vendors. and they agreed to fix at there expense. we have now past settlement for a few days and john is still contacting us in regards to the work that had to be done which we really appreciate. which shows to us that there is more to john than just a sale. we can fully reccomend john (noble real estate) to anyone thinking of purchasing in the forster -tuncurry area. yours sincerly steve & ann haithwaite

Selling my houseboat
Selling a houseboat was definitely out of the box for John as its nomally houses etc...john was professional, curtious and has absolute integrity with his dealings with me the owner, to the enquiries, tyre kickers and there was plenty of them, to the buyers in the end. I would highly recommend Nobles Real Estate as John gets the job done, boat sold, and you can trust him in every part of the property journey. THANKS JOHN
