Professional and considerate
As some sales can be due to stressful times it is relieving to know that the process can be lightened by understanding and compassionate management of business processes as well as a commitment to sales, not just for financial gain but also to ease pressure. Our situation was just that and so I would like to thank John for the manner in which he conducted the sale of my mother's property it was greatly appreciated

Good Man/Good Agent
When you live in Melbourne and have to sell a house in Forster, it can be a bit daunting, but John and the team at Noble made the whole process happen with great success. First, we achieved a selling price within the suggested range and above our expectations. We were well informed at every step of the process and the property sold within a very realistic time frame. Because we offered 9 months settlement we were happy to have Noble rent the property and this happened almost the same day it was sold. A very happy experience with a good man and a good agent.

Fabulous, friendly Agent!

Great To Deal With!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to anyone buying or selling, nothing was a problem for John. He went out of his way for me on a few occasions and answered all my questions wether they were small, silly or large. John also took the extra time and contacted me after I had settled, just to catch up, welcome me to my new suburb and to see if there was anything I needed. His services didn't stop at the exchange......

The best agent.
My wife and I recently bought a holliday house and met withJohn Loadsman, we can't say enough good things about his professionalism, acomodating, exeptional communication, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and straightforward, he's the best. We've had some experiences with other agents in the past and the stress is overwhelming not to mention the unprofessional way they treat customers. We never felt that with John and his wife, they take the stress away and treat you courteously and respectfully as a person. Excellent Agent and highly professional
