I have had a long relationship with Stockdale & Lego Blackburn, beginning back in 1993 when after much searching I purchased my first home. This was a fairly simple transaction but our relationship was renewed again in 2009 when we moved to the country and rented the house out. Stocktake and Leggo provided a brilliant start to finish service that culminated in an excellent final price achieved on our house. Throughout our sale journey we felt comfortable in talking with the team about any thoughts or concerns that popped into our head (e.g. How should we prepare the house for inspection? Where should we advertise our house? How much should we spend on advertising? What happens if we don't sell at auction? What reserve should we set? Etc etc.) No question was too hard. On the auction day all the bases were covered...the entire team looked after us and our auction result blew us away! A huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making, what could of been such an incredibly stressful time, so manageable!
