When deciding to proceed with the sale of our property we intended to obtain an initial appraisal from One Agency as well as 2 other agents who operate locally. However after meeting Luke from One Agency, we both agreed that he met the requirements of an agent with whom we would be happy. Our gut feelings were completely satisfied. Luke was extremely professional in all aspects of the sale and kept us informed on every step in the process on almost a daily basis. Our expectation was that our property would be on the market for at least 3-4 months, so we were exceptionally pleased that Luke was able to present us with offers within 10 days of it being advertised and negotiated a successful sale over the following 24 hours. We found Luke to be a very genuine and likeable person and would have no hesitation in engaging his services again or recommending him to other prospective customers.

Luke was attentive, flexible, always available on the phone, provided good and quick feedback. We never had to chase Luke for anything. Luke was honest (to the extent of our ability to assess his honesty) about the situation pertaining to the sale of this property.
