We had two other agents trying to sell our property prior and were very spectacle in who we were going to appoint next. Melissa contacted me and asked if we could give her a go and arranged a meeting for us to discuss everything. From that point we had no doubt that she was the right person. Both Melissa and Jayde worked hard and communicated with us on a regular basis mostly by phone and not just an email once in a while which is what the other agents were doing. They were so professional and we also gave them a second property to sell and they sold that in about two weeks. We couldn't recommend them enough they take pried in their work and work hard. It was a pleasure working with Melissa at Harcourts Premier in selling our house that we designed and built 12 years ago. It was important for us to have someone who understood our emotional attachment to the property. Melissa was there when we began the subdivision and building process. Therefore, we couldn't have asked for a better person to be with us on this journey. She 'loved' our house. Since we were living in other parts of Australia, in our absence Melissa went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure our property was presented in the most appealing way possible. She was always available and responded promptly as possible to all forms of communication. The unpredictability of the WA housing market meant that we didn't achieve our original asking price that was based on the evaluation that was given (-$45,000). Having said that, we cannot fault Melissa's incredible work ethic, her passion and reassurance to get the best price for us in these uncertain times. I wish we had another property to sell - so that we could have the pleasure of using her services again. Highly recommended in every way, at every level.
