I first approached Melissah to see if there were any apartments in the area to suit my budget. It took her only a day or so to call me and tell me she had already found what I was looking for. She made it so simple. Nothing was too much to ask. I inspected, offered and signed within a few days and she made me feel very confident that I was making the right decision. Melissah certainly knows the market and streamlines everything so that you don't have to worry. I highly recommend her. Thanks Mel

Working with Melissah on the sale of our apartment was a pleasure. Her communication with us and prospective buyers was excellent, and we always felt like we were in very capable hands. She kept us well informed, and we had a good idea of what to expect heading to auction. Very professional and followed up on all leads well. All in all we would highly recommend Melissah as an agent if you are thinking of selling your property.

Melissah has managed my unit since I bought the property in 2009. In that time she and her team have always gone above and beyond what I have expected. So when I decided to sell my unit, Park Properties was the natural choice. Living outside of Sydney during the sale was never a problem. Melissah always kept me up to date on the outcomes of inspections as well as provided detailed weekly reports. I'm thrilled with the result and attribute it to Melissah's great work. Thanks Trudy.

Mel, i wanted to thank you and the team at Park Properties for the tremendous 'record' sales result achieved for our one bedroom unit. Your strategic advice on entering the market, vision in presenting the property along with a professional and passionate approach to the open house program resulted in a sale prior to Auction well beyond our most bullish expectations. It's been my experience over many years that people can talk the walk, but often struggle to walk the walk. In ever respect you have delivered in an ethical fashion, with our interests at heart. Congratulations on this amazing result. I will be sure to tell everyone in Erskineville that you have delivered for us and can deliver for them. If i can ever provide further testimony do not hesitate to pass on my details. It is without reservation i recommend Melissah and the team at Park Properties.

We have worked with Melissah for years both as our selling agent and our leasing agent in the years we owned property at SPV. Melissah is an excellent communicator with a great eye for detail. During the leasing years we could always count on things getting done quickly and efficiently. When we finally decided to market and sell our property (after many years of toying with the idea), Melissah was our first choice. During the campaign the communication was detailed, thorough and regular, which is what we needed as a client. The recommendations that Melissah made were spot on and the end result was a significant new record price for Sydney Park Village and us achieving the top end of our price range expectations. Even during some tricky negotiations with the vendor, the outgoing tenant, we always felt reassured dealing with Melissah. We highly recommend her service.

Very helpful and informative. He made the sale of my unit pain free and a very good experience. I live a long way from Sydney and he organised every thing for me so that I did not have to travel to get things done for the sale. I highly recommend Michael.
