Melissah managed my rental property for a number of years and recently assisted me with selling the property. She is the most professional and approachable agent I have ever had on a property. There is never anything too difficult. In terms of rental my she always looked after the quality of my property in terms of recommending repairs/maintenance, selected top quality tenants and I've never had a problem with the property. The property was always rented out and at the correct market rate. Her advice is invaluable. In terms of selling the property I had the same experience. So professional, fantastic operator and negotiator. Top notch.
