Put it this way - Melissah is the most organised person I've had the pleasure of dealing with in business and because of this I felt as though I could rely on her to do everything for me in preparation, sale, execution and closure. So therefore Im going to have to say that she is the best sales person of the year. She has displayed brilliance and excellence with a smile and her tactical approach was much absorbed and did not go unnoticed. It has been a great pleasure to have met Melissah and have her work for me on this one. Her family and work colleagues should be extremely proud of her and are very lucky to have her on their side. Melissah is a true leader and an asset to her team and business. I will definitely be using Melissah's services again in the future and will recommend her to all my family and friends. Tony

Melissah clearly knew her market criteria to assist us in selling our unit. Although we did not achieve the price range that we would have liked, bearing in mind current market conditions, we received a fair price. Melissah kept us informed through the whole process, and we are very happy with our service.

Michael was a great agent to deal with. His organisational skills are superb. Park Properties advertising campaign was great. Michael kept in touch with me daily and when I decided to accept an offer prior to auction, he handled that really well. His professionalism and honesty were great. I would unreservedly recommend Michael to anyone who was selling their place.
