Michael is a great agent that worked hard for me to get the right price. His market knowledge is second to none and throughout the whole process I felt like he was working for me. He kept me up to date every step of the way .. Park Properties were also the managing agent for my rental Property and I would highly recommend them. They managed my property for ober 8 years and were amazing.

Michael sold an investment property for me, the first property I have ever sold. I was living overseas at the time and Michael & team went above and beyond. His knowledge of the market, professionalism /follow through really impressed me. I was very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to use Michael in future.

Melissah and her team were fantastic in the help and guidance they provided me throughout the entire selling process. It was my first time selling a property, and Melissah was always happy to take time to answer my million-and-one questions and explain things that I didn't understand. I was kept very well informed of progress through the whole sale (I was interstate the entire time). In the end, the result was even better than I had expected!

We recently sold our investment property through Melissah at Park Properties. She was spot on with expected sale price when we first discussed the sale. She kept me very well updated on open house inspections and the follow up with potential buyers. In the end we achieved a very good offer and settled one week before auction. Would thoroughly recommend.

Melissa is extremely knowledgeable of the market and her clients. She was able to provide us with honest advice leading to reasonable expectations of what we could expect from our property. We ended up getting above what we expected, which we put down to Melissa's skills and professionalism.
