After a while on the market it seemed as if most interest in our property had dried up, when we finally got a 'ballpark' offer, it was at the low end of our range. Tash went back and squeezed the buyers for an extra 5K and got it. Even though I was pretty satisfied with the initial offer, she went the extra mile to get just that bit extra for us. I wouldn't hire anyone else to sell a property in the Vic Park area.
