Tash is one of a kind, as buyers we were fortunate to have dealt with her. Tash was always so prompt with responses to our many questions and provided upfront and honest advise. We appreciate her fun and approachable nature and it was comforting to deal with a friendly agent. I would highly recommend Tash!

Tash is awesome. She was more a friend than an agent. Very honest and helpful at all times. Definitely went the extra mile. After previous dealings with agents, she was a godsend! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Tash was a pleasure to work with when selling our property. It was refreshing to deal with somebody who was so punctual, friendly, professional and hard working. She came recommended to us by friends who are also esteemed real estate agents, and she lived up to her great reputation!

To say buying our house was a nightmare would be an understatement, Not Tash at fault, but just the process of selling our UK property. If it hadn't been for Tash we would have lost our dream home and would probably have been renting for another 6 months. However we are now living the Aussie dream thanks to Tash! A mahussive thanks Paul and Debby

Tash was great to work with for the sale of our villa. Listed our place late on a Friday and had it open that weekend and sold by the next!

My house was a little unusual but Tash understood it and its value instantly. We agreed to auction but Tash said it wouldn't get that far and it didn't - one week and it was gone. She's worth every penny.

We had previously sold our house with Tash and had absolutely no hesitation in working with her when she sold us our new house in East Vic Park. Tash knows the market inside out, has an excellent reputation and we are always very comfortable working with her as she knows what she is talking about and we are not just getting a "sales pitch". Tash works to find the best outcome for both the buyer and seller. We would always highly recommend Tash to anyone looking to buy or sell in Vic Park. Di & Julie

Tash was always available to take calls and questions and always responded very professionally with valuable advice, which always turned out to our advantage. It is hard to assess agent performance in a declining market - the agent's job is much harder as the price point is constantly moving. However Tash kept us extremely well informed after each home open regarding price expectations of clients so we could gauge what was realistic. She achieved a sale in a short time considering the market.
