After having our property on the market for 6 months previously with no success, we removed it. Approached Tash and had it sold within 7 days of signing up with her. Great work - couldn't have ask for more. Straight shooter, and honest. Thanks Tash.

Tash's communication skills are excellent and we were kept informed during all stages of the process. Most importantly, Tash always followed through on commitments and provided honest feedback at all times. Tash's knowledge of the market and the buying and selling process meant that we were able to consider various strategies and make informed decisions - this led to a result that we were very satisfied with. Thanks again Tash, it was a pleasure working with you.

Tash is one of a kind. She is professional, approachable and very easy to get in contact with. She works hard and this shows in her availability/accessibility. I found Tash very easy to get along with and would highly recommend her. Thoroughly enjoyed buying my first home because of Tash :) cant thank her enough.

I recommend Tash as she was very helpful and forth coming about the sale of my Home and treated myself and family like a friend. We had every confidence with Tash all the way through the sale of my home.

After a while on the market it seemed as if most interest in our property had dried up, when we finally got a 'ballpark' offer, it was at the low end of our range. Tash went back and squeezed the buyers for an extra 5K and got it. Even though I was pretty satisfied with the initial offer, she went the extra mile to get just that bit extra for us. I wouldn't hire anyone else to sell a property in the Vic Park area.

I highly recommend Tash Welburn if you are looking for a professional, committed, friendly agent who gets the job done. With Tash's guidance, our house sold after the first home open, auction cancelled and we were very happy with the result. What it is often a very stressful experience for some, was a breeze for us thanks to Tash. Thanks again Tash. All the best.

Even though our initial sales strategy of an auction didn't pay off, Tash managed to secure a great offer in a tight market. We were very pleased with the result. Tash went well above and beyond the call of the dutiful agent, watering the lawns, letting in trades and inspectors, and looking after the property for us due to it being a vacant sale.

Tash has sold two houses for us over the last three years. Her advice is excellent as well as her communication skills during a stressful period. Both Linda and I would recommend Tash unreservedly.
