We have dealt with Brett both as a recent buyer of a property he was marketing, but also had engaged him to sell our own property some years prior. Apart from being an all round nice guy, Brett is an exceptional agent. He has excellent knowledge of the Canberra market - the appraisal he gave us on our home's value turned out to be spot on at auction. The thing which sets Brett apart from other agents is communication - as both a buyer and a seller, he constantly kept us informed of developments and always returned calls promptly. He is trustworthy, friendly and has excellent interpersonal and marketing skills. I would unhesitatingly recommend Brett to others and will definitely engage him next time I come to sell a property.

I attended an auction held by Brett and Martin for a house in Evatt. The auction- involving three interested registered bidders- was well executed as the sellers received a price that was above their reserve and the buyer paid a price that matched the market value of the property at the time.

Brett assisted us to buy our house in a very short timeframe, giving us all the advice we needed to complete the exchange of contracts on the day we saw the property!! He was available to show us through the property and meet us at times convenient to us, and gave us the feeling he was working not just for the seller but for us as buyers too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shane - he was open and honest and shared a wealth of information. Shame made the selling of our family home of 20 years stress free and 'easy'. Shane was very good and keeping us informed as to what was happening and when it was happening. The proof is in the pudding - the house sold at auction :)
