We would definitely recommend Brett to anyone wanting to sell their home. From start to finish he regularly communicated to us what was happening with our marketing campaign. He & Martin are friendly and have great people skills. They followed up and made timely contact with many prospective buyers and as a result we had a good turn-up of registered bidders on auction day. Thanks Brett & Martin!!

Brett Hayman, Martin Faux and Emily are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Selling a house has never been so easy! They know exactly what to do and at what times, and coached me through the process. I felt completely in control at all times and am very impressed with the time and effort Marty in particular has taken with selling my house. Great job guys!

All of our interactions for this purchase were with Martin Faux and we found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and always there to help. We are based in Sydney which added some complexity to this purchase however we found Martin very easy to deal with and all of our questions were always answered thoroughly and promptly.

We highly appreciated Shane's experience and professionalism and the expertise he brought to the sale of our property. He kept us fully informed at every stage of the process and we felt very confident in his advice and his ability to communicate with potential buyers. Shane made what could have been a stressful process very straightforward. At the end of the day he sold the property in a short time period for a price we were very happy with.

We have dealt with Brett both as a recent buyer of a property he was marketing, but also had engaged him to sell our own property some years prior. Apart from being an all round nice guy, Brett is an exceptional agent. He has excellent knowledge of the Canberra market - the appraisal he gave us on our home's value turned out to be spot on at auction. The thing which sets Brett apart from other agents is communication - as both a buyer and a seller, he constantly kept us informed of developments and always returned calls promptly. He is trustworthy, friendly and has excellent interpersonal and marketing skills. I would unhesitatingly recommend Brett to others and will definitely engage him next time I come to sell a property.

Brett and his associate Martin were highly professional and really looked after me in the selling of my property. I felt they went above and beyond in getting the best price for my property and would use Brett/Martin and Peter Blackshaw for the sale of any future properties.

I attended an auction held by Brett and Martin for a house in Evatt. The auction- involving three interested registered bidders- was well executed as the sellers received a price that was above their reserve and the buyer paid a price that matched the market value of the property at the time.
