I first met Dave 2.5 years ago at an Open Home in Oliver Ave, Lindisfarne. I mentioned that I was intending to sell a house in the not too distant future. He was courteous and friendly and said to give him a call when I was ready to sell. The process was not an easy one to get under way and was quite protracted. Dave was always supportive and incredibly patient without being pushy. This was a significant factor as it was a challenging time for both me and my family. When it came time to sell, he listened carefully, offered sage advice and was always contactable even if my questions were seemingly mundane. His approach is one of patience, friendliness, plenty of good humour, local knowledge, diligence and passion. Thanks Dave!

The build up to the final decision to sell my home has been a very difficult time for me and without the caring, patience and compassion shown by Daniel I'm not sure that it would have happened. There was never any pressure, just quiet patience and he always in the background ready to help and advise . In my dealings with Daniel I was impressed with his knowledge of the Hobart property market, he was able to provide some insights from being the person on the ground in the property market. He was a friendly person who was able to answer any queries and if he was unable to answer them he offered to do the research to find out the answer for you. I found this very helpful. His assistant Renee was also very helpful in organising times for a house inspection and valuations at the property and I had no problems gaining access to undertake these tasks as part of the sale process.

The initial trying to contact agent was very difficult, especially trying to make an appointment to view the house and had to deal with assistant. I would much prefer to deal directly with agent, not assistant. But, after finally meeting up with Daniel he was very professional and very easy to speak to. I would recommend him to anyone.
