Total Trust and Confidence in Daniel
Selling your home is typically one of the largest financial transactions you undertake. Trusting someone to handle this transaction with integrity and trust is imperative. We could not speak more highly of Daniel and the way he handled the sale of our home. Daniel was very clear and precise with his market research, valuation and more importantly his strategy to maximise value for his client. His communication style is relaxed but very decisive with purpose. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for future sales other than Daniel.

New home purchased sight unseen!
My wife and I decided to sell up and move back to Hobart after living in Brisbane for 25 years. The process of choosing and purchasing our new home was a stressful one, particularly as we lived 2,000 kms away and had to rely entirely on photos and the opinions and guidance of other people to achieve this. After months of unsuccessful attempts to find a suitable property and some missed opportunities, we eventually found a lovely home in Howrah which we have now purchased sight unseen. The sale happened very quickly in very competitive circumstances and from this purchasers’ perspective, would not have occurred without the excellent support and assistance we received from selling agent Daniel ten Broeke. While there was no doubt that Daniel was working to achieve the best outcome for the vendor, my wife and I quickly developed a level of trust and confidence in his dealings with us. We were particularly impressed by the open, responsive and reliable way he worked with us over the few days leading up to the signing of the contract. Although we have yet to meet in person, we could not be happier with the service we received from Daniel and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We found Daniel to be highly efficient and always willing to help us with every phase of both selling our Property and with the purchase of our move-to one. The sale phase had difficulties caused by other people and Daniel and his assistant Renee cheerfully helped us cope with these. We first met Dan when we purchased a house through him. We were very impressed with the professional and ethical manner in which Dan conducts himself, therefore decided to list the sale of our home with him. After a well developed and well executed marketing campaign, we were in the fortunate position of having offers made from multiple buyers. This is where Dan's outstanding negotiation skills came in to achieve a result we are thrilled with (above top end range), all within a week and before our first open home! Could not be happier with the result and can not recommend Dan highly enough!

Sale of 2 houses in Hobart
Dan has sold 2 houses for me over the past few years. I have found him extremely helpful and friendly in all my dealings with him. He has always been very easy to contact, returning my calls and e-mails promptly even though I sold my last house from interstate.
