Jamie and I used David (Dave) and his personal assistant Renee for our recent house sale. Dave was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, honest and flexible. He fitted in with our crazy schedule and worked with us to get the best outcome for our family. Renee helped to guide us on the process and was friendly, helpful and informative as well as being a pleasure to deal with and great for a laugh. Their honesty and humour made a bittersweet time in our lives easier to bear with the sale being a smooth and quick result. For his all round drive, personality, honesty and capacity we cannot recommend Dave highly enough and we think that Renee definitely deserves to be paid more for doing her job because she is pretty awesome too.

Some months ago when we were considering moving to the mainland for family reasons, we requested Daniel to give us an appraisal of our property. At the time, we were not really sure if we would move or not but, of course, we needed to do our sums. Daniel gave us a very honest and accurate appraisal of our property, did not hassle us in any way and maintained contact for the next few months while we were making up our minds but without pressure as he understood our needs. We did have another agent give an appraisal when we finally made our decision to sell but (thank goodness) decided to choose Daniel.
