When we decided to place our house on the market I automatically thought of Daniel as I had previous dealings through my work and was aware of his capabilities and experience. Daniel did not let us down, from the start of the process he was punctual for appointments, listened to our needs and took the time to discover our property for what it really had to offer. His level of professionalism, communication and authenticity I have no doubt is what went a long way to ensuring the quick sale of our property within the price range that needed to be achieved. All open homes and inspections were followed through promptly and we were advised of all outcomes. Daniel talked honestly regarding our property sale which I was very appreciative of as there were times I would get off track but once I listened it was easy to see he had the knowledge of our area and what was achievable and I can still see other properties remaining on the market now through other realestates firms which were there prior to ours and I often make the remark of "they need to ring Daniel!".
