I phoned Dan because he was the listed agent on a similar property in the same area and I was hoping he could give me some insight into the Hobart property market as we have lived interstate for a number of years now. He was quick to schedule and appraisal with our rental manager and gave a detailed review of the property. It was some time before we were ready to commit to selling our house and because of Dan's motivation and drive we ended up going with him. We were going to go with an agent from the agency that was managing our rental but after to speaking to Dan again about it his enthusiasm and energy toward selling our property is what convinced me, compared to the other agent he was just so much more keen and I thought well that has got to go in our favour and it definitely did. Our property actually sold prior to advertising and for a lot more than we were hoping to get, Dan and his team were proactive in getting in touch with a potential buyer who quickly viewed the property and made an offer the same day, after a very brief negotiation period we had a signed contract emailed to us. Dan's PA had also made contact with me and was a great help, keeping me in the loop with regular emails and helping me with quotes from various conveyancers. It was a painfree experience with a very quick and amazing result. I would totally recommend him and his team to any of my friends and family. 10/10

We would, without hesitation, recommend Daniel and his team (Renee and David) at Petrusma to anyone wishing to sell their home. From the outset, he listened carefully to what we wanted; gave us a credible explanation of where he thought the market was in relation to pricing; suggested what we needed - and didn't need - to do to prepare our property for sale; and tailored a marketing strategy to suit, that didn't cost the earth. He cautioned against spending unnecessary money on certain improvements or extra types of advertising we didn't need. Daniel always responded promptly to our phone calls, emails and texts, and kept appointments. Daniel and his team were sensitive to the needs of our family in relation to timing of buyer inspections. During negotiations with our buyer he went into bat for us on price, and didn't urge us to capitulate to a lower offer just to get a sale.
