Kendall began her real estate career with Petrusma Property in 2017 as an administrator in both sales and rentals. This experience gave her a well-rounded understanding of the industry, providing a strong foundation for her career. It wasn’t long before she discovered her passion for Property Management, which led her to transition into the role of Portfolio Manager in 2018. Kendall is committed to providing excellent customer service and a positive experience to both tenants and owners by focusing on clear communication, building strong relationships, and effective problem solving. She believes that finding the right fit in a Property Manager is crucial for property owners, acknowledging that there is no “one size fits all” approach, she enjoys working closely with owners to find a balance that meets their specific needs. Aislinn embarked on her real estate career in 2020 with Petrusma Property Management, initially taking on the role of Portfolio Assistant. Over time, she had the privilege of working closely with their two most senior Portfolio Managers, gaining invaluable insights and experience. Aislinn now manages her own portfolio, drawing on this experience to enhance her expertise. At Petrusma Property Management, each Portfolio Manager is supported by an assistant, ensuring seamless management of their portfolios. Super professional and delightful to deal with.

We have two new properties to rent out in West Moonah - one brand new, and one fully renovated. Once they were ready to offer to the market we approached Janita and Alex at Petrusma, and from there it was a seamless, professional and super efficient process to secure new tenants. Janita and her team are delightful to work with - always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything happened exactly on time, with the advertising process being super efficient (and supported by excellent professional photographs of the properties). Highly recommended.
