Melissa and the team at Harrison Agents have been absolutely outstanding. She is genuinely available 24/7 :)I honestly don't know how she does it. Whether it's reviewing a property, providing rental appraisals, or helping with something urgent, she always goes above and beyond. As property owners, we were kept fully informed of the process and selection of the preferred tenants. All went very smoothly with no delays.

They very kindly assisted me when I got stuck in traffic and missed the first inspection, providing more information on the property and further inspection times, as well as facilitating my application. I was kept up to date on the progress of my application, and on notification that I was successful quickly provided all the information I needed to finalise the lease and bond.
