As property owners, we were kept fully informed of the process and selection of the preferred tenants. All went very smoothly with no delays.
They very kindly assisted me when I got stuck in traffic and missed the first inspection, providing more information on the property and further inspection times, as well as facilitating my application. I was kept up to date on the progress of my application, and on notification that I was successful quickly provided all the information I needed to finalise the lease and bond.
We had a very positive experience throughout the rental process. Communication was always clear, friendly, and prompt, which made everything much less stressful. They were professional, helpful, and kept us updated at every stage. We really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to answer all our questions. Overall, the process was smooth and well managed, and we would happily recommend them to others.
